This is a service that provides a detailed breakdown of the materials and quantities required for the project. The QTO will be delivered to you as a neatly formatted Excel document that you can edit and assign costs to as needed.

That's why we provide you with the opportunity to review and approve the QTO before moving onto the Cost Estimate. Our goal is to ensure that you have complete control over the project budget and timeline, and that there are no surprises or unexpected costs along the way.
Cost Estimating

Once we have completed the Quantity Take-off (QTO) and received your approval, we will assign costs to each line item using pricing from the Craftsman Estimating database. This database is updated multiple times a year and is based on your local region, ensuring that your estimate is tailored to your specific needs.
We will review the estimate internally to ensure that it is accurate and complete. We will then review it with you to ensure that you understand all aspects of the estimate and that it meets your expectations. Your deliverable will be provided in an Excel format that is easy to manipulate as needed, giving you complete control over the project budget and timeline.
